Four ways to work with me, each with the price attached. Most owners start with a free, 20-minute call. What comes after is your choice.
The ongoing workImplementation
Month one: the fixes actually done, not just listed
We meet at the start to agree on priorities and get access to your accounts, I work for seven to ten days, and we meet again to walk through what actually changed. The highest-impact fixes get implemented, not handed to you as a to-do list. From month two on it settles into one working session a month.
- Full technical crawl: indexation, canonicals, architecture, speed, schema
- Keyword and competitor gap analysis, filtered to what is actually winnable
- AI search visibility: whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name you or your competitor
- Local search, Google Business Profile and citation audit
- User flow and conversion path review
- Google Ads management, retargeting and conversion tracking
- A prioritized 12-month roadmap
- A kickoff meeting and a wrap meeting, both included
- The highest-impact fixes implemented, not just listed

After month oneHow the price changes over time
Month one is the heaviest stretch. After six months the work gets lighter, and so does the price.
Implementation is $2,500 a month. Month to month, with 30 days notice. You own every account and every piece of data.
Month one is hands-on setup
The foundation gets built in a concentrated week: technical fixes, schema, citations, indexing and the content plan. It is the heaviest stretch of the whole engagement, which is why it comes first. From there we keep going at the same rate, with a working session every month while the plan is still moving.
After six months, your call
By around six months the heavy lifting is done. The technical rebuild is finished, the citation and authority work is built, and the content cadence has settled into a rhythm rather than starting from nothing. Fewer new pieces, a foundation that no longer needs constant attention. The work genuinely gets lighter, so the price follows it.
Plenty of businesses stay at $2,500 because there is still work worth doing, and monthly suits them. The point is not that you have to step down. It is that you know the option is there, and I will tell you when I think you have reached it rather than waiting for you to ask. $2,500 a month is the most this ever costs, and you can stop at any point.
Google Ads management
Included in implementation, with no separate fee and never a percentage of ad spend. You pay Google directly, with no markup, and the account stays in your name. How Google Ads is run

Under the Hood
An hour inside your accounts with me. I fix the first one or two things live, then hand you a ranked list of the rest with how-to steps, so you or your team can take it from there. About Under the Hood
Tech Rescue
Something broken right now. Tell me what happened and I will let you know if I can fix it. If yes, a $750 deposit gets you on my calendar and goes toward the fix. If it runs past $750, you get a fixed quote before I go further. If I cannot fix it, you do not pay. Start a Tech Rescue
How long it actually takes
The honest version, because the timeline is the thing most agencies are vaguest about and it is the thing you most need to know before you commit.
Foundation. Technical fixes, site architecture, on-page optimization, Google Business Profile and local signals, tracking properly configured.
What you will see: indexing improvements, local pack movement, some long-tail rankings. What you will not see: a meaningful change in revenue. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
Traction. Content production, internal linking, early link acquisition, AI citation building.
What you will see: mid-tail keywords reaching page one, organic traffic up measurably, the first leads you can attribute to search.
Compounding. Authority accrues, competitive terms come within reach, AI assistants begin citing you.
What you will see: primary commercial keywords ranking, organic becoming a channel you can depend on, cost per lead dropping below paid.
Durable. Compounding continues at declining cost.
This is the point where search beats every other channel on economics, and it is why I plan the work as a twelve-month arc, even though you can stop at any point.
If someone promises you page-one rankings in 30 days, they are either lying or doing something that will get you penalized.
