About us

Who we are and who we help

What does Synchronicity SEO actually do?

We get established businesses found where clients look: Google search, Google Maps and the AI answers that now sit above both. That means technical fixes, service pages that rank, your Google Business Profile, citations and authority building, and tracking so you can count the calls. See every service.

Who do you work with?

Established high-end and professional service businesses (law firms, medical and dental practices, therapists and specialty providers), from one office to multi-location groups, anywhere in the US. Our best-fit clients already have a good reputation and want more of the right clients finding them. Dental · Medical · Therapy · Legal

Is there anyone you are not a fit for?

We do our best work with established businesses that can act on what we find. If Synchronicity is not the right fit for you, you will hear that plainly in the first conversation, usually with a suggestion for who is.

Who actually does the work?

Kimberly leads every engagement, with a small team of senior specialists she has worked with for years. No account managers, no hand-offs to juniors, no offshore queue. We also use Claude, an AI research assistant, to double-check our work, and a person approves every change. Meet the team.

Cost and terms

Pricing, contracts and options

How much does it cost?

Ask Kimberly is free (20 minutes). Under the Hood is $500 one-time. Tech Rescue is a $750 deposit that goes toward the fix. Ongoing implementation is $2,500 a month for the first six months, then $1,500 a month.

$2,500 a month is the most this ever costs, and you can stop at any point. Full pricing.

Is there a contract?

Clients sign a simple agreement, and it is month to month, with 30 days notice. You are never locked into a long term.

Do you manage Google Ads?

Yes, when ads make sense for your business. Ads management is a flat fee inside the monthly work, not a percentage of your ad spend, and you pay Google directly with no markup.

Can I do some of this myself?

Absolutely. Start with the free 15-Minute Visibility Check. If you want an expert inside your accounts for an hour, Under the Hood fixes the first one or two things live and gives you a ranked list of the rest, so you or your team can take it from there.

Do you manage Google Ads, and do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

Yes, we manage Google Ads, and no, there is no percentage. Ads management is included in the monthly engagement, and you pay Google directly with no markup. See how Google Ads is run.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. The account, its history and every piece of data stay in your name, even if the engagement ends.

Should I start with SEO or Google Ads?

Ads can produce leads within weeks. SEO takes months and then keeps compounding. Most clients run both and shift budget toward organic as rankings arrive.

Results

Timelines, AI search and reporting

How long does SEO take?

Month one starts with a kickoff, then seven to ten days of work, then a walkthrough of what changed. Maps and ranking movement usually shows up within eight to twelve weeks, and results compound from there. A realistic timeline.

Can you get my business into AI answers?

Yes, and it is a big part of what we do. AI tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews name businesses they can verify across many sources, so we build that evidence: consistent listings, clear service pages, reviews, citations and press. One medical practice went from unknown to AI to being named in Google’s AI Overview within about four months. How AI search works.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google does not sell guarantees. What we promise is the work, done in the right order, with the changes and the numbers shown to you every month. See what that has looked like for other businesses.

How will I know it is working?

Every month you get a working session that shows the actual changes, rankings, Maps positions and leads, not a forty-page PDF. We set up tracking so calls and form fills from search can be counted, not guessed.

Will you need to change my website?

Usually, yes. Most gains come from fixing service pages, speed, structure and tracking. We work on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and most major platforms, and if something needs your developer, we coordinate with them directly.

Do I own everything?

Yes. Your accounts, your data, your profiles and your site stay yours. If the work ends, all of it stays with you.
